After reaching Paro, you can hire a car or taxi and reach Thimphu at a distance of 51 kilometers which is a 1 hour 20 minutes drive. The Clock Tower is located in Norzin Lam which is above the football stadium in Thimphu.

Opening and closing time:

It is known that Clock Tower Square is the most famous place to visit in Thimphu, but it is suggested to visit the tower before 8 pm. As the shops, restaurants and cafes in the Clock Tower get closed by 8 pm. Once the shops get closed the lively ambiance turns into an eerie and lonely place.
